Prepare the E-Bike
Securely pack the bicycle in its original factory box, ensuring all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized freight carrier location for safe transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
