Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next electric ride.
Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, e-bikes that meet specific speed and power regulations are classified as bicycles and do not require a special license or insurance. However, we recommend checking your local state or municipal laws for specific requirements.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery range varies by model, rider weight, and terrain, but most E-Bike Premier models offer a range between 35 to 60 miles per charge. You can maximize your range by using lower pedal-assist levels.
What is your shipping policy for large e-bike boxes?
We offer free standard shipping on all e-bikes within the continental US. Your bike will arrive 85-95% assembled in a secure, heavy-duty box via specialized freight or ground carriers to ensure it reaches you safely.
Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer and returned in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every E-Bike Premier purchase includes a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. Component parts like tires and brake pads are covered for 90 days.
Are your e-bikes water-resistant?
Our e-bikes are rated IP65 or higher, meaning they are water-resistant and safe to ride in light rain or through puddles. However, they should never be submerged in water or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer.
